Outdoor Kids Australia have partnered with Australia Post eParcel to provide prompt and secure delivery. eParcel is a registered service requiring a signature upon delivery and includes an online tracking facility. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for your parcel, alternatively a card will be left in your mailbox advising the local post office where you can pick it up from. Australia Post eParcel deliver to any location within Australia, including PO Boxes.
- ePARCEL TRACKING All parcels delivered by Australia Post eParcel carry a delivery tracking number which enables customers to easily track delivery as their parcel is scanned throughout transit. This number will be sent to you upon order dispatch. To track delivery simply visit www.ausposttracking.com.au and enter the number provided. Further tracking support is available by contacting Australia Post customer support on 13 13 18.
Urgent Courier Delivery $15.00 (up to 3kg)
(additional charge may apply to bulkier/heavier items)
For urgent Australia-wide courier deliveries we use Australian Air Express. Overnight delivery is available to most locations within Australia. Delivery is available Monday to Friday. Please allow 2 business days for delivery to some regional/interstate areas outside of courier network.
To ensure same-day dispatch, please finalise urgent orders by 12 noon (AEST). Delivery via courier includes insurance and an online tracking facility. Simply select courier as delivery option upon checkout.
- COURIER TRACKING To track deliveries carried by Australian Air Express, visit www.aae.com.au and enter the consignment number provided to you upon dispatch of your order. Further tracking support is available by contacting Australian Air Express on 13 12 13.

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 working days, however during busy trading periods (eg Winter ski season & Christmas), despatch of orders may take up to 3 working days.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that a sufficient timeframe is allowed for both order processing & delivery ex-Brisbane, Queensland to the designated delivery address. Under no circumstances will Outdoor Kids be held accountable or liable in situations where a customer fails to select the appropriate delivery method according to their individual needs - no exceptions.
Courier delivery is available as an option for urgent orders for this reason.
International Shipping
Outdoor Kids Australia welcomes international orders. All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). We use Australia Post Airmail for all shipping outside of Australia. We have found this method to be the most secure, reliable and cost effective. Please note a physical delivery address must be provided - we do not ship to PO boxes.

To find out if we ship to your country, first fill your shopping basket and locate the shopping cart basket on the side column of this site (don’t worry – this won’t make you obligated to purchase anything). Within this shopping basket there is a link called "calculate shipping". Once you click on this link there is a drop down list of countries to choose from, if your country is listed then our online store will ship to you.

We are unable to give exact delivery times for overseas orders due to the differing postal services throughout the world and possible delays due to customs over which we have no control. Australia Post estimates the following Airmail delivery timeframes:

Customs/Tariffs/Duties
Some countries have import duty on goods entering their country. The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country and you are responsible for all charges/taxes that may be applied to allow your goods to leave customs.
