Delivery



IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 working days, however during busy trading periods (eg Winter ski season & Christmas etc), processing of orders may take up to 3 working days.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that a sufficient timeframe is allowed for both order processing & delivery (ex-Brisbane, Queensland) to the designated delivery address. Under no circumstances will Outdoor Kids be held responsible or liable in situations where a customer fails to make suitable choices based on own individual needs & requirements.

eParcel Express Post delivery is available as an option for urgent orders

Outdoor Kids Australia have partnered with Australia Post eParcel to provide prompt and secure delivery. eParcel is a registered service requiring a signature upon delivery and includes an online tracking facility. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for your parcel, alternatively a card will be left in your mailbox advising the local post office where you can pick it up from. Australia Post eParcel deliver to any location within Australia, including PO Boxes.
 

TRACKING  All parcels delivered by Australia Post eParcel carry a delivery tracking number which enables customers to easily track delivery as their parcel is scanned throughout transit. This number will be sent to you upon order dispatch. To track delivery simply visit www.auspost.com.au/track/ and enter the consignment details provided. Further tracking support is available by contacting Australia Post Support on 13 13 18.

For urgent Australia-wide delivery we use Australia Post's eParcel Express Post service. Overnight delivery is available to most locations within Australia. Delivery is available Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 3 business days for delivery to some regional/interstate areas outside of the Express Post network (refer guide www.auspost.com.au) Our despatching post code is 4504.
A signature is required upon delivery - please provide a delivery address where someone will be available during business hours to receive & sign for your parcel, alternatively, a collection card will be left in your mailbox to present at your local post office for parcel pickup.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). We use Australia Post Airmail for all shipping to NZ. We have found this method to be the most secure, reliable and cost effective. Please note a physical delivery address must be provided - we do not ship to PO boxes. Please also be sure to include a delivery contact phone number with your order.
International Delivery Tracking

Please note, at present Australia Post do not currently offer an online parcel tracking facility with this service.

We are unable to give exact delivery times for overseas orders due to the differing postal services and possible delays due to customs (over which we have no control). Australia Post estimates the following Airmail delivery timeframe for parcels to NZ:

To calculate international shipping charges, firstly add an item to your cart. Then proceed to checkout (don’t worry – proceeding to checkout won’t make you obligated to purchase anything). Enter your address in the billing and shipping fields. Once you select your country, the international shipping charge will appear. Alternatively, feel free to email us with relevant details and we will provide a shipping quote.
 
Customs/Tariffs/Duties
Some countries have import duty on goods entering their country. The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country and you are responsible for all charges/taxes that may be applied to allow your goods to leave customs.
