How do I add to the shopping cart?
You can add to the shopping cart basket directly from the products thumbnail page or from the detailed page of a product. Next to the main image of every product there is a box titled "add to cart", within this box there will be a button which you can click on to add this item to the basket.

Once you have clicked on the "add to cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart basket, your page will refresh and the item will be added to your cart. You can then locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to "Edit Cart" in the top menu navigation bar. Your items will be listed in the basket, you can also edit them further from here.

How do I track my order? Has it been shipped?
You can check the status of your order by clicking into the "Order Tracking" section via the link on the top menu navigation bar or alternatively as per the following:
eParcel Tracking
All parcels delivered by Australia Post eParcel carry a delivery tracking number which enables customers to easily track delivery as their parcel is scanned throughout transit. This number will be sent to you upon order dispatch. To track delivery simply visit www.ausposttracking.com.au and enter the consignment number provided. Further tracking support is available by contacting Australia Post customer support on 13 13 18.
Courier Tracking
To track deliveries carried by Australian Air Express, visit www.aae.com.au and enter the consignment number provided to you upon dispatch of your order. Further tracking support is available by contacting Australian Air Express on 13 12 13.
International Tracking - Please note, at present Australia Post do not offer a parcel tracking facility with airmail delivery, however, all parcels are sent via a manually registered service for your security.

Out of stock items & backorders.
In the event of a product being out of stock, we will notify you via email within 2 business days and advise you of the expected delivery schedule. Customers may opt to place a backorder, select an alternative product or request a refund. Please keep in mind that a product placed on backorder will generally incur a slight delay as we await further stock from our supplier/s. Outdoor Kids Australia aims to keep a full range of products available year round and have selected reliable suppliers who can supply stock accordingly.

How do I create an account?
In the side column of the online store you will see a members box. In this box you can click on the link to go to the secure log in or account creation page. Once you have created the account, you can use this for future purchases where the items you place in your basket will be remembered even if you leave this online store and come back later.
If you are a member with a discount for all purchases, you will need to log in first to ensure the discount is applied to your purchase.

Do you ship to my country?
To find out if we ship to your country, first fill your shopping basket and locate the shopping cart basket on the side column of this site (don't worry - this won't make you obligated to purchase anything). Within this shopping basket there is a link called "calculate shipping". Once you click on this link there is a drop down list of countries to choose from, if your country is listed then our online store will ship to you.

What are my payment choices? (international orders)
All orders are processed in Australian dollar currency (AUD) with shipping charges based on destination and weight. We accept PayPal payments only for international orders which will automatically process your payment in $AUD and will display PayPal’s relevant currency exchange rate details for your reference. Outdoor Kids Australia does not provide currency exchange rates/or provide quotations in currencies other than Australian dollars.

How do I calculate international shipping?
To calculate international shipping charges, firstly add an item to your cart. Then proceed to checkout (don’t worry – proceeding to checkout won’t make you obligated to purchase anything). Enter your address in the billing and shipping fields. Once you select your country, the international shipping charge will appear. You can then decide whether to proceed and complete the purchase. Alternatively, feel free to email us with relevant details and we will provide a shipping quote.

- Direct Bank Deposit (Australian residents only)
Orders placed online within Australia can also be paid for via direct bank deposit. Simply select this payment option upon checkout and our banking details will be provided. Orders are processed once payment has been received. Please complete payment within 5 business days. For urgent orders we recommend payment via PayPal. Some financial institutions can take 2 days to process payments - we have no control over this, so please allow for a possible delay in the despatch of your order.
