How do I add to the shopping cart?
You can add to the shopping cart basket directly from the products thumbnail page or from the detailed page of a product. Next to the main image of every product there is a box titled "add to cart", within this box there will be a button which you can click on to add this item to the basket.

Has item been added to the shopping cart?
Once you have clicked on the "add to cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart basket, your page will refresh and the item will be added to your cart. You can then locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to "Edit Cart" in the top menu navigation bar. Your items will be listed in the basket, you can also edit them further from here.

How do I get to the checkout?
First locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to "Checkout" in the top menu navigation bar. When the link to "Checkout" is clicked on, it will take you directly to the secure checkout for completion of the purchase.

The quick & easiest way! To get started with your Outdoor Kids Australia online shopping experience, browse our large range of products by using the menu navigation at the top or left side of the website. See an item you like simply select the desired colour/size etc and then select ‘add to cart’.

How do I know my order has been received?
Once your has been received, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered during the sites secure checkout.

How do I track my order? Has it been shipped?
You can check the status of your order by clicking into the "Order Tracking" section via the link on the top menu navigation bar or alternatively as per the following:

*PLEASE NOTE - Parcel tracking details are automatically forwarded to the email address supplied on your order.  Please check that you provided the correct email address.  This is used for all communications with you.

International Tracking - Please note, at present Australia Post do not offer a parcel tracking facility with airmail delivery, however, all parcels are sent via a manually registered service for your security.

An item is missing from my shipment.
Whilst best efforts are made to ensure accuracy, please contact us immediately (refer to the "contact us" link) if your order is incomplete or incorrect and we will resolve the matter promptly.

Out of stock items & backorders.
In the event of a product being out of stock, we will notify you via email within 3 business days and advise you of the expected delivery schedule. Customers may opt to place a backorder, select an alternative product or request a refund. Please keep in mind that a product placed on backorder will generally incur a slight delay as we await further stock from our supplier/s. Outdoor Kids Australia aims to keep a full range of products available year round and have selected reliable suppliers who can supply stock accordingly.

How do I create an account?
In the side column of the online store you will see a members box. In this box you can click on the link to go to the secure log in or account creation page. Once you have created the account, you can use this for future purchases where the items you place in your basket will be remembered even if you leave this online store and come back later.
If you are a member with a discount for all purchases, you will need to log in first to ensure the discount is applied to your purchase.

I forgot my password.
On the edit page of your account, found via the "Members" box, there is a link called "Forgotten your password? Click here." This is where you can have your password emailed directly emailed to you.

Payment options

- Direct Bank Deposit (Australian residents only)
Orders placed online within Australia can also be paid for via direct bank deposit. Simply select this payment option upon checkout and our banking details will be provided. Orders are processed once payment has been received. We will not despatch an order until payment has cleared our account - an EFT transaction advice alone is not suffice & does not guarantee payment. Please finalise payment of purchase within 3 business days. For urgent orders we recommend instant payment via PayPal. Some financial institutions may take up to 2 working days to process payments - we have no control over this, so please select a payment method that best serves your needs.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice
If your invoice receipt has not been received, please contact us (refer to "contact us" page) to have one sent directly to you.  If a copy of your order was not received via email after submitting, it is most likely you have entered an incorrect email address on your order.
